Introductory Meeting
This meeting is to learn more about your project needs and style preference and to show our full portfolio. We can meet at your home or place of work or if more convenient we can chat initially by phone, Zoom or email. Following on from this we will put together a design fee proposal for your consideration. We do not charge for our time for this introductory meeting. (There will be a charge to cover travel costs and accommodation if distance travelling is involved).
Design Phase
If you are happy with our design fee proposal we will start creating schemes that follow your brief and budget. We produce design boards for each area showing all elements including furniture, fixtures, fittings, flooring, wall colours, fabrics, curtain style and lighting. We will also undertake a full measure or where applicable work from architects drawings. CAD plans and elevations will be drawn to show room, furniture and lighting layouts. Hand sketched & computer generated 3D visuals are charged separately if requested. We can produce bespoke furniture, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, carpeting, artwork, lighting and rugs on request.
Project Supervision
We offer a full project supervision service if required. We can tailor a detailed work schedule to include regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and to ensure your project runs smoothly. We have architects, builders, bespoke cabinetry makers, curtain makers, upholsterers, specialist finish artisans and all other associated trades who we have worked with for many years. We can also work alongside your nominated architect or builder. Our Insurance documents are available to view on request.
Supply of Goods
We can source and supply all goods to complete your project including fabrics, curtains, upholstery, floor coverings, wallpaper, paint, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. We will oversee the ordering, manufacture and installation process including final snagging. We also offer a turnkey option that includes supply of everything required to move in including bed linen, towels, glassware, napkins and cutlery. We are very happy to incorporate any existing pieces of furniture, decorative items and artwork. We can source and supply antiques, including fabrics and rugs.
Aftercare Service
Following completion of your project we will produce an after care guide explaining how to look after your purchases. We are here to support you on an ongoing basis.
